Moon H. Kim, Esq. has extensive Trust and Estate litigation experience.
Prior to opening his own law practice, Moon developed a wealth of litigation experience in various legal practice areas, including general civil business litigation, contested family law custody disputes and marital assets divisions, trust and estate litigation, contested conservatorships and financial elder abuse claims, and defense against federal ADA claims. Moon possesses the requisite knowledge and ability to navigate the complexities of civil procedure, with his extensive law and motion practice, and is capable of handling complex discovery matters. In addition, Moon won summary judgements for his clients and has extensive trial experience both in bench trials and jury trials.
Moon also has decorative experience after working in governmental offices and honorably serving in the Korean military. After graduating from Saint Mary’s College of California, Moraga, CA, Moon worked as a secretary at the Vice-Speaker’s Office of the National Assembly of Korea and finished his military service as a First Lieutenant of the Republic of Korea Air Force in Osan, Korea.
Moon is admitted to practice before all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Moon earned his J.D. in 2014 from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA and received his B.A. in 2002 from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA. Moon is fluent in Korean and speaks conversational Japanese.
